Kohl’s Names Elliott Rodgers COO to Oversee 1,200 Stores and Supply Chain
KSS•Kohl’s will appoint Elliott Rodgers, former Foot Locker chief with over 20 years’ leadership experience, as chief operating officer on September 9, overseeing 1,200 stores, global supply chain and procurement.
