Kontoor Brands elected Tom Waldron to its board, effective immediately.
Board size expanded to seven directors from six.
Waldron's prior roles at Kontoor and VF Corp
Waldron previously served as executive vice president and chief operating officer, leading Wrangler and Lee globally.
He earlier held senior roles at VF Corp, including co-chief operating officer and global brand president of Wrangler.
Waldron is a board member at The LYCRA Company.
