Korn Ferry announces annual shareholder meeting

Korn Ferry will hold its annual shareholder meeting online on Sept. 24, 2026.

• Shareholders will vote to elect nine directors to serve until the 2027 annual meeting.
• The agenda also includes an advisory vote on executive compensation.
• Shareholders will vote on an amended and restated 2022 stock incentive plan, including a 1,400,000-share increase and a term extension to Sept. 24, 2036.
• The meeting will also vote on ratifying Ernst & Young as independent registered public accounting firm for fiscal 2027.
