Kornit Digital held its annual shareholder meeting on Aug. 31, 2026.
- Shareholders backed the election of Naama Halevi Davidov, Gabi Seligsohn, and Nick Beighton as Class II directors.
- A renewed compensation policy for office holders was adopted.
- Kost Forer Gabbay & Kasierer, an Ernst & Young member firm, was reappointed as independent auditor for 2026.
- The board or audit committee was authorized to set the auditor’s annual fees.
