Kraft Heinz appointed Kelly Dilts and J. Michael (Mike) Schlotman to its board, effective Nov. 4, 2026. Dilts is Nordstrom’s chief financial officer and previously served as Dollar General’s executive vice president and CFO for six years. Schlotman spent more than 30 years at Kroger, including almost 20 years as chief financial officer.
