1. New $30 Million Air Defense and C5ISR Contracts

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions has secured approximately $30 million in national-security-related contracts for the production of military-grade custom hardware in air defense and C5ISR systems. These awards cover complex subsystems for missile, radar, counter-UAS, hypersonic, directed-energy and satellite communication applications. Work will be executed in Kratos’ secure manufacturing facilities, reinforcing the company’s role as a prime source of mission-critical hardware for U.S. defense agencies.

2. End-to-End Engineering and Large-Scale Manufacturing

Tom Mills, President of Kratos’ C5ISR Division, emphasized the company’s collaborative approach by engaging in systems design early with customers. Kratos integrates system-level engineering, custom solution design and large-scale production to deliver cost-effective, mission-critical equipment. This capability underpins Kratos’ leadership in delivering on urgent national security requirements while managing cost, schedule and risk through proven manufacturing practices.

3. Production Momentum and Capacity Utilization

Under CEO Eric DeMarco’s leadership, Kratos is in high-volume production on multiple defense platforms, including hypersonic motors, tactical drones and advanced radar assemblies. The recent contract awards will utilize existing secure facilities, leveraging ongoing investments in internally funded R&D and capital infrastructure. This steady production pipeline enhances capacity utilization and positions Kratos to ramp output rapidly should further contract awards materialize.
