Kuehne+Nagel enters long-term strategic collaboration with Amazon

The agreement includes a call option on existing Kuehne+Nagel shares, settling in cash or, at Amazon’s election, in shares. Vesting is tied to commercial milestones and services over up to seven years, with a third-party bank to hedge in Kuehne+Nagel shares.

The scope includes Amazon Web Services supply chain support for cloud infrastructure, covering construction logistics, equipment deployment, maintenance, upgrades and expansions.
