Kura Oncology released an announcement on updated long-term Phase 1a FIT-001 data for darlifarnib with cabozantinib in advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
Data will be presented in an oral session at the Kidney Cancer Research Summit on July 24, 2026.
A randomized Phase 1b study comparing the combination with cabozantinib alone remains ongoing to support Phase 3 dose selection.
