Tabletki.ua partners with over 14,000 pharmacies, facilitated 14 million monthly bookings in 2025 and generated UAH 57.3 billion GMV with USD 24 million LTM EBITDA.

Kyivstar completed purchase of 100% of Tabletki.ua for USD 160 million, paid fully in Ukrainian hryvnia, at an implied price-to-earnings ratio of 8.0x based on last twelve months’ net profit. The acquisition strengthens Kyivstar’s digital services footprint by adding a leading healthcare marketplace.

Tabletki.ua partners with more than 14,000 pharmacies nationwide and processed an average of 14 million online bookings per month in 2025. The platform recorded UAH 45 billion in GMV for FY2024 and UAH 57.3 billion GMV in the twelve months to September 2025, alongside USD 24 million LTM EBITDA and USD 20 million net profit.
3. Strategic Rationale
Kyivstar plans to integrate Tabletki.ua into its portfolio alongside Helsi, Uklon and the MyKyivstar superapp to enhance healthcare accessibility and customer engagement. This deal aligns with Kyivstar’s strategy to invest USD 1 billion in Ukrainian digital infrastructure and services through 2027.
