Kyivstar reported Q4 EPS of $0.37 versus $0.32 estimate and revenue rose 28.4% YoY to $321 million, driven by a 6.1-fold surge in digital revenue to $50 million. Mobile ARPU rose 18.2% to $3.8 and multiplay subscribers grew 18% to 7.3 million, underpinning 8%–11% revenue growth guidance.

Kyivstar reported Q4 EPS of $0.37, topping estimate by $0.05, while revenue rose 28.4% YoY to $321 million. Mobile ARPU climbed 18.2% to $3.8 and 4G plan adoption jumped 5.9 percentage points.

2. Digital Services and Multiplay Expansion

Digital revenue surged 6.1-fold to $50 million, representing 15.7% of total sales, led by ride-hailing platform Uklon which contributed $34 million. Multiplay customers—using voice, 4G data and digital apps—increased 18% to 7.3 million subscribers.

3. Technology Upgrades and Strategic Acquisitions

Starlink Direct-to-Cell text services were extended to all 4G users, with nearly five million trying initial capabilities, and voice and light data services planned later in 2026. The acquisition of Tabletki.ua expanded Kyivstar’s footprint into online medicine and healthcare retail.

4. 2026 Outlook and Guidance

Full-year 2026 revenue is projected to grow 8%–11% to about $1.27 billion at midpoint, above analysts’ $1.20 billion estimate, with EBITDA expected to increase 5%–8% assuming a UAH/USD rate of 44.5.
