Kyndryl unveiled its first Cyber Defense Operations Center in Bengaluru, India, merging network operations and security operations into a unified command hub offering real-time visibility and collaborative analysis. The Center provides 24x7 monitoring, threat detection and incident response services tailored for mission-critical enterprise environments.

The facility is underpinned by the Kyndryl Agentic AI Framework, which conducts automated assessments to identify security and operational gaps, prioritizes remediation and supports role-based, persona-driven dashboards for executives, security teams and DevSecOps leaders. Integrated runbooks and rationalized toolsets reduce manual handoffs and alert fatigue, accelerating detection and response.

The Center’s network and security telemetry will feed into Kyndryl Bridge, an AI-powered open-integration platform that consolidates data across the company’s global security and network operations centers for end-to-end management. This unified platform enhances compliance, resilience and IT performance by providing a single operational view.

Kyndryl intends to replicate this integrated operating model in additional regions to meet growing client demand for always-on, secure digital services and to strengthen its position as a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services.
