Kyntra Bio prepays USD 42.6 million under amended royalty financing deal

Kyntra Bio amended its royalty financing agreement with NQ Project Phoebus, cutting maximum aggregate payments to USD 65 million from USD 125 million.
The company accelerated an upfront payment of USD 42.6 million, lifting total payments to USD 50 million, matching NQ Project Phoebus’ invested capital.
Future payments are capped at USD 15 million and will be funded from 50% of revenue received from Astellas outside Japan in its territories.
