2. Leadership and Board Changes

Kurt Kober, who previously held leadership roles at The Honest Company and Clorox, will become Glo Skin Beauty’s chief executive officer. Michael Yanover, an early investor in Charlotte Tilbury and former head of business development at Creative Artists Agency, will join the brand’s board.

3. Growth Strategy and Market Focus

Under new ownership, the brand will focus on targeting Gen X consumers through an omnichannel approach that combines digital commerce, content, and in-person experiences. KYT Group plans to expand selectively by deepening distribution in key markets and leveraging professional credibility to drive product innovation and footprint growth.
