Kyverna reported positive one-year durability data for miv-cel in stiff person syndrome from its KYSA-8 registrational trial. Clinical benefit was sustained through one year, disability improvements held up, and most patients remained off chronic immunotherapies. No new high-grade safety signals were reported. The full one-year dataset is scheduled for presentation at MS Toronto on Oct. 21-23, 2026; the rolling BLA submission remains on track for completion in Q4 2026.
