Kyverna reported positive one-year data for miv-cel in stiff person syndrome and generalized myasthenia gravis, describing clinical responses as durable and the safety profile as favorable. In the generalized myasthenia gravis trial, the treatment was well-tolerated with no high-grade cytokine release syndrome, immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome, or immune effector cell-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis.
2. Phase 3 timeline
Enrollment in the Phase 3 KYSA-6 trial is expected to be completed in mid-2027.
