Ladder Capital Q2 FY26 GAAP net income rises to $14.56 million; distributable EPS climbs to $0.24

Mortgage loans receivable held for investment increased to USD 2.79 billion at June 30, 2026 from USD 2.22 billion at Dec. 31, 2025.

Quarterly earnings improve and distributable earnings rise
Ladder Capital posted GAAP pretax income of USD 16.3 million, equal to USD 0.12 a share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
Non-GAAP distributable earnings rose to USD 30.8 million, or USD 0.24 a share, from USD 28 million, or USD 0.22 a share, in Q1 2026.
Net income attributable to Class A common shareholders climbed to USD 14.59 million, or USD 0.12 a share, from USD 2.61 million, or USD 0.02 a share, in Q1 2026.
