Lantern Pharma says EMA clears Phase 1b/2 LP-184 bladder cancer trial

Lantern Pharma’s investigator-initiated Phase 1b/2 trial of LP-184 (zirdafulven) in biomarker-selected advanced bladder cancer has been cleared by the EMA.

The study at Rigshospitalet in Copenhagen targets relapsed or refractory metastatic urothelial carcinoma, with planned enrollment of up to 39 patients.

The primary endpoint is objective response rate under RECIST 1.1. Dual selection uses PTGR1 overexpression with DNA-damage-repair deficiency.
