Lantronix amends executive compensation terms

Lantronix amended compensation terms for CEO Saleel Awsare, Chief Revenue Officer Kurt Hoff, and Chief Product & Strategy Officer Mathi Gurusamy.

Awsare's base salary was raised to USD 550,000, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Hoff's base salary increased to USD 390,000, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Gurusamy's base salary increased to USD 390,000, effective Aug. 1, 2026.
Severance eligibility restrictions tied to the first two years were removed for Hoff and Gurusamy.
