Carlos Gonzalez resigned from Laser Photonics’ board, effective Aug. 20, 2026.

The departure was not tied to any disagreement over the company’s operations, policies, or practices.

Gonzalez served on the audit committee, compensation committee, nominating committee, and corporate governance committee.
