Lattice Semiconductor completes acquisition of AMI
LSCC•Lattice closes AMI acquisition
Lattice Semiconductor completed its acquisition of AMI, a deal first announced on May 4, 2026.
The combination pairs Lattice’s low-power FPGA business with AMI’s platform firmware and infrastructure manageability technology for cloud and AI systems.
Integration and financial outlook
AMI will operate as a dedicated business unit within Lattice under the name “AMI, a Lattice Company,” led by Sanjoy Maity reporting to CEO Ford Tamer.
Lattice expects the acquisition to be accretive to non-GAAP gross margin, free cash flow, and earnings per share.
The company targets a $1 billion or greater annual revenue run rate by end-2026, citing the deal as supportive of that goal.
