Lattice Semiconductor granted restricted stock unit awards covering 414,563 shares to 1,344 new employees under its 2025 Inducement Equity Incentive Plan.
The awards were issued on Aug. 10, 2026, including 389,513 RSUs and PRSUs tied to the acquisition of AMI.
