Legacy Education FY26 net income rises 21.3% to $9.14 million; revenue climbs 24.8% to $80.06 million
LGCY•Legacy Education reported fiscal-year revenue of $80.06 million, up 24.8%, and net income of $9.14 million, up 21.3%. Fourth-quarter revenue rose 12% to $20.1 million, while net income increased 53.3% to $1.9 million.

For the fiscal year ended June 30, diluted EPS increased 11.9% to $0.66, new student starts rose 9%, and the year-end student population grew 8.9% to 3,377. The company also reported campus expansions in Lancaster and Temecula, a lease for a planned first Houston campus, and new programs slated for fiscal Q2 2027.
