Procept BioRobotics extends CIBC term loan maturity to Oct. 1, 2028
PRCT•Procept BioRobotics extended its CIBC term loan maturity by 12 months, to Oct. 1, 2028, with all other terms unchanged.
1. Loan amendment
Procept BioRobotics entered a third amendment to its loan and security agreement with CIBC on Sept. 23, 2026. The amendment extends the term loan maturity from Oct. 1, 2027, to Oct. 1, 2028; all other terms, including affirmative and negative covenants, remain unchanged.
