Legend Biotech said its investigational in vivo CAR-T therapy LB2501 produced complete responses in all eight patients treated at the second dose level. The company will present updated CARVYKTI and investigational cell therapy findings at ASH from December 12-15, 2026, in New Orleans.
2. Other findings
The company said CARTITUDE-4 subgroup findings showed durable disease control with CARVYKTI in treatment-resistant multiple myeloma as early as second-line treatment. CITADEL findings showed a lower rate of treatment-associated parkinsonism with a preemptive steroid strategy compared with historical data.
