Leidos was selected in four functional categories—cloud and data center services, application development, network and telecommunications services, and customer and end user support—under the U.S. Department of State’s Evolve IDIQ contract. The agreement features a one-year base period and six option years, with a total ceiling of $10 billion for modernizing and securing diplomatic IT systems worldwide.

This award advances Leidos’ NorthStar 2030 strategy focused on digital modernization, zero trust cybersecurity, AI-driven operations and global network reliability. The contract’s scope across embassies and consulates is expected to bolster Leidos’ government services backlog and support sustained revenue growth through multi-year implementations and ongoing support.
