Lesaka Technologies added Carolina Lacerda and James Oates to its board, effective Sept. 28, 2026, following Dean Sparrow’s resignation, effective Sept. 25. Lacerda is set to join the audit and risk committee and capital allocation committee; Oates is set to join the audit and risk committee. Lacerda is a PagSeguro director and former UBS Brazil investment-banking head, while Oates previously held senior audit and compliance roles at UBS.
