Lexaria cited a forecast that the GLP-1 market will grow from $62.8 billion in 2025 to $254.2 billion by 2034. Injectables held 93% of the market in 2025, while oral products accounted for about 5% to 7%; applying 35% oral penetration to a $73.4 billion 2026 market estimate implies an oral opportunity of about $5.1 billion. Lexaria said its DehydraTECH absorption enhancer is being evaluated for GLP-1s, with the aim of improving uptake and lowering side effects.
