Li Auto filed an HKEX next-day disclosure return covering a buyback of 639,356 WVR ordinary shares (Type A) on Aug. 18.
- Shares were repurchased on Nasdaq at prices ranging from USD 6.06 to USD 6.14 per share.
- Aggregate consideration totaled USD 3.89 million.
- All repurchased shares were held as treasury shares, with no shares bought for cancellation.
