Lianhe Sowell signs strategic cooperation deal with Chery Group unit Kumquat Technology
LHSW•Lianhe Sowell agreed to deploy intelligent equipment across 24 automotive aftermarket processes in China with Kumquat Technology, a Chery Group subsidiary. Chery’s network of 1,000 4S stores will be a primary sales channel, and the companies plan to pursue overseas expansion.
1. Cooperation plans
Lianhe Sowell entered a strategic cooperation agreement with Kumquat Technology to deploy intelligent equipment in China’s automotive aftermarket. The partnership targets solutions across 24 aftermarket processes, pairing Lianhe Sowell’s equipment with Kumquat Technology’s parts supply.
2. Sales and expansion
Chery’s network of 1,000 4S stores will be the primary channel for marketing equipment to partner stores and downstream customers. The companies plan to establish demonstration sites at Kumquat Technology locations and pursue overseas expansion, with Kumquat Technology leading market development and Lianhe Sowell providing products and technical services.
