1. Quarterly results
Liberty Energy reported Q3 revenue of $1.20 billion, up 26% year over year and slightly above the $1.19 billion estimate. Adjusted EPS was $0.06, below the $0.09 consensus, while adjusted EBITDA of $141.63 million missed the $146.93 million estimate. The company recorded a net loss of $39.06 million.
2. Operating drivers
Results benefited from operational execution and modest price increases, partially offset by drilling delays and cost inflation. Liberty said significantly lower fuel costs for customers and record natural gas substitution across its frac fleets also helped.
3. Dividend and outlook
Liberty raised its quarterly dividend by 11% to $0.10 per share for Q4 2026. It also signed a strategic agreement with a frontier AI lab and a dedicated infrastructure platform to provide 1.2 GW of integrated power services at data center campuses. The company expects Q4 demand strength to partly offset seasonal weather and holiday impacts.
