Life Time Opens 91,000-Sq-Ft Paradise Valley Club with Rooftop Pool
Life Time opens a 91,000-square-foot Paradise Valley club April 30 as its eighth Phoenix-Scottsdale location within the 100-acre PV redevelopment. The club features a rooftop resort pool deck, seven pickleball courts, hydrotherapy suites, LifeSpa and an adjacent 11-story, 327-unit Life Time Living residential tower due in 2027.
1. Opening of Paradise Valley Club
On April 30, Life Time inaugurated its 91,000-square-foot Paradise Valley athletic country club at PV, marking the brand’s eighth facility in the Phoenix-Scottsdale metro. The location anchors Phase Two of the 100-acre mixed-use PV development, established in partnership with RED Development.
2. Premium Amenities and Services
Members gain access to a rooftop resort-style pool deck with lap pool and outdoor bistro, seven pickleball courts, signature GTX, Alpha and Ultra Fit group training, hydrotherapy suites with sauna, steam and cold plunge, a full-service LifeSpa, LifeClinic chiropractic care and a LifeCafe.
3. Life Time Living Residential Tower
Adjacent to the club, Life Time Living Paradise Valley is an 11-story, 327-unit luxury residential community that grants residents Signature Memberships at all Life Time locations. Construction is underway with completion scheduled for 2027, creating an integrated wellness-and-living destination.
4. Next Expansion at Ocotillo
Days after Paradise Valley’s debut, Life Time will open its ninth Arizona location on May 4 in Gilbert’s Ocotillo Center. The 102,000-square-foot club will include indoor and outdoor pools, 14 pickleball courts, six tennis courts and a beach club–style pool deck.
