Life360 reported a record 95.8 million monthly active users (MAUs) in Q4 2025, marking the strongest fourth-quarter user additions in company history. U.S. MAUs rose 16% year-over-year to 50.6 million, an increase of 1.8 million during the quarter and 6.9 million net adds for full-year 2025. International MAUs climbed 26% to 45.3 million, up 2.4 million in Q4 and 9.3 million net additions on the year, reflecting broad global demand for the family safety app across more than 180 countries.
2. Monetization and Subscriber Growth
Paid subscribers, referred to as Paying Circles, reached 2.8 million in Q4 2025, the highest quarterly level on record. U.S. subscriptions grew 23% year-over-year to 2.0 million, adding 374,000 net subscribers in 2025, while international subscriptions rose 32% to 0.8 million, with 202,000 net additions. The conversion rate from new users to paid customers hit a company-high level, underscoring improved monetization efficiency and the value perceived by families in advanced safety features.
3. Upgraded Full-Year and 2026 Guidance
Based on preliminary unaudited results, management now expects full-year 2025 revenue of $486 million to $489 million, a 31–32% increase over 2024, and adjusted EBITDA of $87 million to $92 million, representing roughly 18–19% margins—both exceeding prior targets. Looking ahead, Life360 projects total MAU growth of approximately 20% in 2026 and plans to continue investing in strategic initiatives to sustain high-quality user and subscriber expansion while further expanding EBITDA margins.
