LifeVantage announced it received a U.S. patent for its Healthy Glow Essentials Stack™, which combines Protandim® NRF2 Synergizer® and TrueScience® Liquid Collagen®. This patent strengthens the company’s proprietary position in cellular health activators and may support future product exclusivity.
2. Introduction of Limited-Time AXIO Flavors
The company unveiled two new AXIO nootropic drink mixes: decaffeinated Orange Cream and caffeinated Passion Fruit Guava. These limited-time offerings, alongside improved Clean Commitment packaging, aim to boost consultant sales and refresh consumer interest in LifeVantage’s energy product line.
3. Leadership Transition
President and CEO Steve Fife will retire effective April 30, with board director Michael Beindorff stepping in as interim CEO. Terrence Moorehead has been named Fife’s successor and is slated to assume the CEO role on August 5, marking a major shift in the company’s executive leadership.
