Lifeward named Josh Hexter interim CEO effective Sept. 1, 2026, replacing Mark Grant, who will consult through Sept. 30.
Hexter previously served as chief operating and business officer at Oramed Pharmaceuticals, chief business officer at BrainsWay, and led corporate in-licensing at BioLineRx.
Rami Aviram was appointed CFO effective Nov. 1, 2026.
Aviram most recently served as CFO of Beewise; he previously held CFO roles at ENDYMED Medical and senior finance posts at Syneron-Candela.
