- Metallus CEO Michael S. Williams will retire as CEO and board member on Dec. 31, 2026.
- President and COO Kristopher R. Westbrooks will become president, CEO, and a board member on Jan. 1, 2027.
- Williams will serve as special advisor to the CEO and board until June 30, 2027.
- Westbrooks previously held senior finance and accounting roles at A. Schulman and Procter & Gamble; he began at PwC.
