Joining Chief Product Officer John Shapiro, Singh will spearhead the expansion of Lightspeed AI, including conversational assistants for Retail and Restaurant. Her leadership aims to scale machine learning-driven insights and automate key merchant workflows to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.

Lightspeed rolled out AI-powered OCR inventory entry, Faire wholesale marketplace integration and updated scanner features for real-time promotions and recommendations in Retail. In Hospitality, it introduced AI menu import, a buy-one-get-one-free promotions engine, redesigned POS navigation and Mobile Tap tableside payments in Quebec to drive merchant revenue.
