Lightwave Logic appointed Fred Graffam as chief financial officer, effective immediately.
Graffam was CFO of Fidium, formerly Consolidated Communications, where he helped lead the company’s sale in December 2024.
He previously served as CFO of Ascent Capital Group, including its Brinks Home Security unit, following finance leadership roles at DigitalGlobe.
Snizhana “Ana” Quan will remain vice president of finance and corporate controller following her service as principal financial and accounting officer since January 2026.
