Liquidia announces settlement resolving all pending litigation with United Therapeutics

Liquidia Corporation announced a global settlement with United Therapeutics that fully resolves six ongoing lawsuits. Liquidia will pay United Therapeutics $175 million within 30 business days and a net $380.70 million in installments in 2026 and 2027.
2. Product changes
Yutrepia will remain available to PAH patients without disruption. Liquidia will remove the PH-ILD indication from Yutrepia’s label and cease promotion, and terminate its promotional agreement for treprostinil injection.
