BANGKOK, Sept 14 (Reuters) - The chairman of GAIL, India's top natural gas distributor by market share, said on Monday that liquefied natural gas prices of more than $20 per million British thermal units (mmBtu) have affected demand.
Deepak Gupta was speaking during an energy forum in Bangkok.
