LoanCare Launches CoreSync API for Real-Time Mortgage Servicing Integration
FNF•LoanCare has introduced CoreSync, a headless integration solution that embeds real-time mortgage servicing data into clients' mobile and online platforms, enabling payments, HELOC transfers, auto-pay setup, balance views and document access. The first CoreSync deployment at a large national lender is live, with broader rollout expected in early Q3.
1. CoreSync Private-Label Integration Solution
LoanCare’s new CoreSync platform delivers a private-label, headless integration that embeds mortgage servicing data directly into clients’ existing digital environments. The API-driven solution preserves client branding while offering full servicing functionality without redirecting borrowers away from their institution’s apps or websites.
2. First Implementation and Rollout Timeline
A large national lender has already integrated CoreSync into its digital channels, providing real-time servicing capabilities to its customer base. LoanCare plans broader availability of the solution in early Q3, targeting IMBs, banks and credit union clients.
3. Key Features and Client Benefits
CoreSync enables users to make mortgage payments, transfer funds to HELOC accounts, set up auto-pay, view current balances and amortization schedules, access key documents, and request payoff quotes. The platform also synchronizes data for branch-level associates, enhancing both digital and in-branch customer experiences.
4. Implications for Fidelity National Financial
As part of Fidelity National Financial’s mortgage subservicing arm, LoanCare’s CoreSync rollout strengthens the company’s service offerings and positions it to capture additional private-label subservicing contracts. The enhanced digital functionality could drive increased client retention and open new revenue streams in a competitive market.
