IllumineX flags early borrower stress, personalizes outreach and recommends next-best actions linked to servicing workflows. LoanCare expects faster execution of servicing changes and is targeting higher cure rates, retention and borrower satisfaction; the platform includes governance and compliance controls with an auditable record of decision-making.
