Logistic Properties of the Americas closed the sale of Parque Logístico Lima Sur to FIBRA Prime for US$145 million. The company received US$85 million at closing; the remaining US$60 million is due in two US$30 million installments 12 and 24 months later. It entered a US$55 million credit facility with BTG Pactual at a fixed 8.50% rate to accelerate access to the deferred proceeds. The company will continue managing the logistics park for FIBRA Prime, generating fee income, and earmarked the sale proceeds for expansion in Mexico.
