Logitech said its study found that about three in five respondents experience tech friction affecting their mood outside work. The survey, conducted in May–June 2026 across nine countries, found 46% feel helpless or exhausted when technology fails; 30% report a high degree of agency over their technology, and 10% are “truly in command.” Logitech introduced a “Ctrl Score” benchmark to track users’ control levels.
