Loop Industries signed a perpetual, exclusive license with ELITe to build depolymerization plants in India, with other territories possible. ELITe can manufacture rDMT, rMEG and specialty polymers, with worldwide sales rights. Loop earns tiered royalties tied to annual net sales.

Royalty, marketing and services terms

Royalty terms shift to minimums and maximums once net sales exceed USD 500 million; rates above USD 2 billion go to negotiation. A separate marketing deal makes Loop ELITe’s exclusive sales agent, with tiered fees; Loop controls customer contracts, pricing and quantities.

ELITe also signed a services pact with Ester for project and operational support, with tiered fees starting on first commercial sale.
