Skilled trades development expanded by cutting Track to the Trades eligibility to 10 days after hire; nearly 31,000 participants since 2018.
Employee support included more than $10 million in relief grants to over 9,200 associates; pay-for-performance rolled out to over 200,000 hourly store associates.
