CFO retirement planned for 2027

LSI Industries CFO James E. Galeese will retire on Aug. 31, 2027.

The executive committee has launched a successor search with a global executive search firm. The successor is expected to be named in the first half of 2027.

Galeese has served as executive vice president and CFO since 2017.
