1. Turnaround Completion and Fiber Expansion Plan
Lumen Technologies declared its operational turnaround complete and outlined a multi-year fiber growth plan. The company has deployed 17 million intercity fiber miles through 2025 and aims to increase this to 47 million miles by the end of 2028 and 58 million by 2031, supported by $2.5 billion in new Private Connectivity Fabric agreements.
2. Financial Targets and Profitability Goals
Lumen set financial objectives to raise its adjusted EBITDA margin from 27.1% in 2025 to the mid-30% range by 2030. Management expects margin improvements, reduced capital intensity and revenue growth to drive higher free cash flow over the plan period.
3. Product Rollouts and Customer Growth
The company is rolling out its Multi-Cloud Gateway to enhance data movement across AI environments and reports its Network-as-a-Service platform has surpassed 2,000 customers. Over the past three years, Lumen secured nearly $13 billion in Private Connectivity Fabric deals, reflecting strong demand from hyperscale clients.
