Brous succeeds Erin Brewer, who plans to retire. Brewer will stay on as an adviser through Dec. 15, 2026 to support the transition.
Brous most recently led Lyft Urban Solutions, Safety and Customer Care. He joined Lyft in 2018 via the Motivate acquisition as vice president of finance.
