Mach Natural Resources FY26 Q2 net income rises 9.54% to $98.21 million; revenue climbs 41% to $405.96 million

Mach Natural Resources posted GAAP net income of $98.21 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, up 9.54% from a year earlier.
Revenue rose 41% to $405.96 million, driven by a 78% jump in net production to 13,549 MBoe on IKAV and Sabinal acquisitions.
Average realized oil price climbed 51% to $95.4 per barrel, while natural gas fell 31% to $1.93 per Mcf.
GAAP gains on oil and natural gas derivatives narrowed to $23.49 million from $55.58 million, reflecting higher realized losses as oil prices rose.
Adjusted EBITDA (non-GAAP) increased 49.04% to $182.23 million, while cash available for distribution (non-GAAP) rose 30.7% to $60.1 million.
