Phase 1 update on MGC026 in advanced solid tumors
MacroGenics posted a clinical update on its Phase 1 study of MGC026, a B7-H3-directed ADC, in advanced solid tumors.
Dose escalation tested 1-9 mg/kg every three weeks; 7.5 mg/kg is being evaluated in four tumor-specific cohorts.
The head and neck squamous cell carcinoma cohort met the Stage 1 response bar; Stage 2 enrollment is underway under Simon’s two-stage design.
